Bravo grade 8 students on your culminating project performance of "This Is What I've Scene"!
For the past two months, Ms. Hirsch's theater class has been exploring human stories of the Holocaust, learning and practicing techniques to present historical narratives. Our students performed eight scenes using verbatim testimonies from Holocaust survivors, witnesses and liberators, as recorded by the Shoah Foundation.
The class hopes to inspire understanding and compassion for those impacted by conflicts such as those we see taking place around the world today.
