The Atlanta Falcons have announced the re-signing of offensive lineman Kyle Hinton. The announcement was made on Wednesday.
Hinton joined the Falcons in 2023 after spending three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad. During his first season with Atlanta, he played in 16 games and started once at guard, also contributing to special teams.
In 2024, Hinton secured a spot as one of the Falcons' primary interior reserve linemen following a competitive training camp. He was active for all 17 games, playing an equal number of snaps (82) on both offense and special teams without starting any games.
Standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 315 pounds, Hinton will be 27 years old next season. Known for his versatility, he has experience playing both guard positions in previous preseasons. With Chris Lindstrom and Matthew Bergeron set to return as starters, Hinton's presence enhances the team's depth while maintaining consistency within the offensive line unit. "Continuity is the calling card for Atlanta's offensive line," and Hinton contributes to this continuity.
