Recently a car seat class was held at the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and several deputies were certified as Child Passenger Safety Technicians. They will be able to help parents install their child safety seats correctly according to Georgia law and what is the safest way to transport their kids from birth to 8 years old. The safety of all the citizens in Douglas County, including our most vulnerable, is extremely important to Sheriff Tim Pounds and this is just one more way to accomplish this mission. #carseats #childpassengersafety #dcso
