Sheriff Tim Pounds encourages his employees to get involved in the community. Deputy Joe Williams participates in our local Rotary Club. On Tuesday, May 17th he presented awards and a $50 check to the Top 8th grade students from Fairplay Middle School.
The following award recipients maintained All A's the past three years and were selected by the 8th grade faculty from Fairplay Middle School.
The Rotary award for Social Studies is Ms. Gracie Pierce
The Rotary award for Language Arts is Ms. Camryn Stewart
The Rotary award for Math is Ms. Brilee Williams
The Rotary award for Science is Mr. Thomas Bradford
