Douglas County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.

Hi, I’m Dr. DJ

People and business owners know me as Dr. DJ and the self-proclaimed The Time Management Diva. My business name is The Writing Pad, LLC and my goal is to make clients sound smarter than a 5th Grader. As The Time Management Diva, I provide weekly time management tips and tricks on social media regarding how to excel in time management.

As a Douglas County resident for nearly 15 years, I enjoy all aspects of life in Douglas County, which has experienced exponential growth. Today, I can say that as a Douglas County business owner since 2015, I have grown to love my community even more than when we moved into our home. The business and entrepreneurial leaders in Douglas County are supportive and consistently strive to promote business growth and success.

While there are so many people, places, businesses, things and opportunities to support our community that comprise Douglas County, the one thing that attracts my attention in our community are the culinary experiences of diverse cultures and cuisines. As a foodie and undercover chef, I can always find a nibble of goodness that says Douglas County. Yes, I can travel throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area and beyond to find unique bites and culinary adventures but nothing says home like staying in Douglas County, supporting my community, and buying local. One of my latest culinary finds that says this is Douglas is Table 25 Fork & Wine. Since Table 25 Fork & Wine has emerged in the Douglas County culinary community, this has been my go-to restaurant for happy hour, Sunday brunch and sharing the experience with guests, friends and family. Because I am a regular, I feel like it is my second kitchen, but other chefs are preparing my meals. The staff provide good service and make me feel comfortable, and right at home. With the TBL25 Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings, Truffle and Parmesan Fries, Buffalo Cauliflower, Lobster Eljean, Spinach Artichoke Dip with homemade tortilla chips, Hawaiian Steak & Frites, craft cocktails, weekly specials and live entertainment, keep me coming back again and again. Ironically, I am not a cauliflower fan, but when I took my first bite of buffalo cauliflower, I thought I was eating chicken for a minute, NOT, but quickly realized that I had to add cauliflower in my diet, only if it was fried and dipped in a buffalo sauce! My mouth is watering just writing about it. In fact, I am headed to Table 25 Fork & Wine after work today. For me, good food with friends and family at Table 25 Fork & Wine is an experience I encourage others to enjoy during relaxation time.
