On Thursday, May 8, former North Paulding High School standout Meadow Villar’s current college team, the Spring Hill Badgers, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Tampa Spartans.
The game took place at Naimoli Family Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.
The Badgers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 3 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Barry Buccaneers.
The Atlanta Falcons have added four players—Brandon Walton, Layden Robinson, Ross Blacklock, and Daveren Rayner—after rookie minicamp tryouts. The team also released four others to make room on its roster.
