As some of you know, Fergus is a big deal around our Castle Rock office. He knows just about everything that goes on around the office, especially when there is food involved. One of Fergus' main duties around the office is peer support and he does a great job at it. Just like a lot of us at the sheriff's Office, we must have certifications, so does Fergus and his handler Dan Brite. This last weekend, Fergus took a battery of tests and passed them all! He passed his AKC good citizen program, AKC advanced community K9 program, AKC Urban K9 program, peer support K9 program and the critical incident response program.
