In 2022 Chief Sparks started a 'Rising Men of Douglasville' Program directed toward community leadership and men working together to bring positive influence to our young people. | StockSnap.io
As part of the Douglasville Police Departments continuing effort in health and wellness training, Brazilian JiuJitsu has been added to our calendar. We have been doing yoga, and have added BJJ in an effort to better prepare our officers for the physical challenges of the job. Integrity BJJ and Fitness owner, Kyle Cammarano, along with our own Ofc. Heller, are the instructors.
Along with different classes, we have a state of the art gym and defensive tactics room that gives all officers an opportunity to work on physical fitness and boost endurance.
