Car seat checks are available now until noon at the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at 8470 Earl D. Lee Blvd. Representatives from SafeKids Douglas County and the Sheriff's Office are conducting a free car seat check for anyone who needs it. They will check to see if your child restraint is installed properly and show you how to do so if it is not. It's another way the DCSO is helping to keep the citizens of Douglas County safe.
