BARTOW BRAG MOMENT: She used to be our little pre-K POWERHOUSE, now she's our FEARLESS first grader at Pine Log Elementary School!
Brooklyn Grace captured our hearts several years ago, so we wanted to give you an update on her remarkable progress! Brooklyn has learned more than half of the braille code, which includes letters, numbers, and 180 braille contractions. She loves to read braille books and complete her work by brailling her own answers. Brooklyn moves around the school independently with her cane and has shown a great deal of self-confidence! If you know Brooklyn, you also know she's a talented singer and musician, but if you ask her what her favorite part of school is, she'll say, "every single part!"
We love Brooklyn and her truly amazing Exceptional Education teachers who have poured into her over the years! Here's to continued success in 2022 and beyond!
