Allatoona High School issued the following announcement on March 25.
Trinity Hamilton is a senior at Allatoona High School and has been in theater since freshman year. Her senior year is the first year she started trying out for plays and was in the One Act play, Anatomy of Grey, as Maggie, and the recent musical, Cinderella, as Gabrielle, one of the evil stepsisters. She wants to pursue a career in theater as a playwright and hopes to write one of her own plays. She has never completely seen a play but has listened to a lot of the soundtracks of musicals such as Heathers, Hairspray, and Crybaby. She also loves reading and says her favorite books are Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Lovely Bones. Ms. Kemp says that “Trinity has a natural talent, and she doesn’t realize how good she is.” She is also planning to write a short play for scene and song night with Anna Blevins on April 28th and 29th.
