Allatoona High School issued the following announcement on March 3.
He is vengeance. He is the night. He is Batman. The Batman is releasing this Friday, March 4th and is directed by Matt Reeves. Robert Pattinson, known for Edward Cullen in Twilight and Neil in Tenet, is going to take on the role of Batman. This film will take a more grounded view of Batman, showing the detective side of him more than ever. The film follows Bruce Wayne on his second year as Batman, when he faces the Riddler, a serial killer obsessed with inserting his riddles into his kills, and the Penguin, a criminal mastermind who controls the financial structures of Gotham City. The infamous Batmobile in the Batman franchise has always been an icon in comic media, and for the new movie, the look of the Batmobile is based off a 60s muscle car, but not any particular one. It also has a mid-mounted V-8 engine. This new Batmobile is unique in the eyes of Batman fans, but it offers a fresh approach to the car. The film has an overall dark tone but is PG-13. The Batman also stars Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, Paul Dano as The Riddler, and Jeffrey Wright as the famous Commissioner James Gordon. The film is being released March 4th, which is this Friday, so get your tickets before they sell out!
