The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. and the Douglasville City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 3, 2022, and Monday, February 7, 2022, at 6:00 P.M in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia and consider a proposed amendment to Articles 1, 2, and 6 through 12 of the Unified Development Ordinance, amending various provisions to correct scrivener’s errors, clarify approval authority and provisions regarding the Board of Adjustments and Appeals, and setting factors for granting a waiver of lapse of time requirement for reapplications.
