The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. and the Douglasville City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 6 :00 P. M., and Monday, December 20, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia and consider a request for a change in zoning from R-2 (Single-Family Residential District)  zoned property to CBD (Central Business District) for .46 acres at 8218 Durelee Lane  in Land Lot 831, District 18, Section 2, Parcel 40.  Application by Joseph H. Fowler, Esq., c/o Mark Alan Lee. Interested parties may appear at the public hearing.

The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at 6:00 P.M., in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, the Douglasville City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday December 16, 2021, and Monday, December 20, 2021, at 6:00 P.M., in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia and consider a  proposed amendment to Articles 1, 2, and 6 through 12 of the Unified Development Ordinance, amending various provisions to correct scrivener’s errors, clarify approval authority and provisions regarding the Board of Adjustments and Appeals, and setting factors for granting a waiver of lapse of time requirement for reapplications. Application by the City of Douglasville. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.
