City of Hiram issued the following announcement on Oct. 6
During the October 5 Regular Session meeting of the Hiram Mayor and Council, Mayor Moran issued a proclamation, declaring October 23-31, 2021 as Red Ribbon Week in the City of Hiram. Young Marine Caleb Smith, accompanied by his grandmother, was present to accept the Proclamation along with Sgt. Ruben Smith, United States Marine Corps Retired.
