On Friday, May 9, former Alexander High School standout Katelyn Johnston’s current college team, the North Georgia Nighthawks, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Tusculum Pioneers.
The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 10 at 12 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
