North Paulding High School standout Davis Budd’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Saturday, April 5

On Saturday, April 5, former North Paulding High School standout Davis Budd’s current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Runnin’ Bulldogs this season.

The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. at John Henry Moss Stadium against Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
