On Friday, April 11, former East Paulding High School standout Jackson Phipps’ current college team, the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots.

The game took place at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 6 p.m. at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium against Dallas Baptist Patriots.
