On Friday, May 16, former Chapel Hill High School standout William Beasley’s current collegiate team the Albany State Golden Rams lost 10-6 against the Lynn Fighting Knights in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at UT Baseball Field at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lynn Fighting Knights in the tournament.

The Albany State Golden Rams’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1 p.m. at UT Baseball Field.
