On Wednesday, April 2, former East Paulding High School standout Kayla Berry’s current college team, the North Georgia Nighthawks, won 26-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Tusculum Pioneers.

The game took place at Red Edmonds Field. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against Georgia Bobcats.
