The Atlanta Falcons announced on Mar. 9 that they have finalized their coaching staff for the 2026 season, marking the first group assembled by new head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Stefanski, who joined the team on January 17, has been active in shaping the direction of the franchise. In addition to overseeing free agency and draft preparations, he participated in interviews at the NFL Combine and worked to build his coaching team. The final addition was defensive quality control coach Troy Kruchten, bringing the total number of coaches to 23.
Several coaches from last year’s staff were retained, including defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich and running backs coach Michael Pitre. Stefanski also brought in new hires such as offensive coordinator Tommy Rees and offensive line coach Bill Callahan.
